Crashed websites frustrate those trying to meet 50% summons discount deadline

PETALING JAYA: With the two online websites “crashing” due to an 11th hour payment frenzy, frustration is boiling over at the various traffic police counters.

And for many who queued up for hours to meet Tuesday’s 50% summons discount offer deadline, there was a major surprise.
